Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! the room was spotless and the bed super comfy. the breakfast spread was amazing and fueled us for the day. the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the medina and close to all the sights we wanted to see. Oh, and the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and take in the views.
The language barrier with some of the staff. A couple of times we needed assistance or directions and it was difficult to communicate effectively.

The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and equipped with AC and remote control for heating. Breakfast was simple but filling. Staff were welcoming and helpful with arranging transfers and providing recommendations.

This hotel is situated in an excellent part of the city, right in the heart of a bustling and comfortable district. You'll be able to walk around and explore all of the top attractions within just a few minutes from this location. One of the best things about this hotel is the incredible breakfast. the food is served fresh every day and there is plenty of variation to enjoy.
There is one aspect of this hotel that some people may find to be a little bit disappointing. There is no swimming pool here, which may be a downside for those who want to take a dip on a hot day.

The architecture and design were impressive, and the location was ideal for a romantic escape. We appreciated the well-equipped room, cozy ambiance, and the professional and friendly service from the staff.
The bathroom was a huge letdown - it smelled terrible and the water did not seem very fresh. Although the staff was helpful, some of them had trouble communicating in English, which led to some awkward moments.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main Medina center. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my late night arrival and check-in a breeze. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches. The room had everything I needed, including a working air-conditioning system which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, giving me the energy I needed for a day of exploring the bustling medinas.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and the hotel had all the amenities I desired, from air conditioning to a cozy sitting area.
